Late 1800's map of Africa. This is a Dayton & clark map. The names of many of the places on the map have been changed since the late 1800's to be more cultural and with less racial connotrations. There are also large areas on the map of "unexplored" Regions. There are areas that show country expansions and now non-existant countries. This all dates the map to the late 1800's and makes it both a rare map and an interesting one. Size of map 10 inches x 8 inches.
